JSC „ Nagisa" has installed the new production line - extruder for (PP) polypropylene and (PET) polyetylenetereftalat strapping tapes to make.

This is a new product, the worldwide production of it started five years ago, the product, which has successfully substituted a metal strapping tape.

Polypropylene ( PP) strapping tape is used in a lot of economy sectors, like: furniture, timber, wood, building site materials, food industry , etc., mostly for strapping lighter packages or any other loads. The tapes are of different colors.

Polyester ( PET) strapping tape is distinquished by such qualities, as high breaking power and convenient usage. This kind of strapping tape is twice as strong as the polypropylene strapping tape.

Advantages of the Polyester Strapping Tape:

3,6 times lighter than a duplicate metal tape;
it does not rust;
work is more secure;
allows the packing equipment to serve longer;
the rate of setting back after stretching is a lot higher than that of the metal plate.

This strapping tape is also used in a lot of sectors of economy, like furniture, timber, wood, building site materials , food industry and other sectors.
